or double room, reserverations can be made by calling

ask for onsite reservations
or faxing to the attention of Maritza Mora (202-877-9171), or sending emails to Maritza.Mora@ihrco.com. Make sure to use MASS 2005 as the group name to obtain the rate. The rates are only guaranteed if the
reservation is made prior to the cutoff date on October 21st, 2005 at 5:00PM Eastern Standard Time. Even if using other available rates, both the conference and you benefit from preferred use of the conference hotel. All room requests require an advance deposit or credit card to guarantee the reservation.
To cancel reservations without penalty, the notifications must be made 24 hours prior to the scheduled arrival date.
Internet Access: High speed Internet access is available in rooms (some wired, some wireless). The charge is $9.95 per 24 hours (from 12 PM to 12 PM the
next day).
Parking: Valet parking is available for $28 per day (the cost is subject to change).
