Registration Information

Registration to the Conference and Workshops can be made by sending the Conference Registration Form (.doc or .pdf) (including extra page charges) and remittance of payment (by mail or fax) directly to:

Note: At least one author from each accepted paper must register at a non-student rate by August 26, 2005. Each author can register for at most three papers. Completed registration is required for all accepted papers to be included in conference proceedings.

Visa Information

Conference participants needing visas to travel to the US should familiarize themselves with the visa application procedure. Upon request, we can issue visa letters for those who have paid their registration fees in full and are not from one of the countries embargoed by the U.S. Treasury Department's Office of Foreign Assets Control (Cuba, Iran, Libya, and Sudan).

Please send your request along with the registration to the conference registration chair Wenjing Lou at wjlou@ece.wpi.edu. Your letter will be MAILED TO YOU, so request it well in advance.

Cancellation Information

Written requests for refunds must be received by the MASS-2005 Conference Registration Chair Wenjing Lou no later than October 14, 2005. Refunds are subject to a $75 service charge. Registered participants who fail to attend or notify the MASS Registration Chair of cancellation by the above date are subject to the full fee.
