Submission Guidelines

  Submission of Final Camera-Ready Papers

Authors must use EDAS (MASS 2005 web page) to submit final camera-ready version of their papers until August 26, 2005. Here is a sample manuscript of the representation of the layout authors should use when preparing their papers with information about formatting

The final submissions should satisfy the IEEE PDF requirements as specified in this document. These requirements hold for all workshop papers as well. You can find a sample MS-WORD document and Latex archive for use to create the final submissions.

The authors of a full paper have up to eight pages and two additional pages can be bought at the rate of $150/page. The additional page charge must be paid along with the pre-registration.

The authors of a poster session paper have up to 3 pages (no extra page allowed).

An IEEE Copyright form must be submitted for each paper before submitting the final camera-ready of the paper. Completed IEEE Copyright form must be faxed to Prof. Prashant Krishnamurthy at +1 412 624 2788. The fax should have a cover page saying "Attention: Prashant Krishnamurthy". Proposals for workshops are solicited. The selection criteria include the expertise and experience of the workshop coordinators and relevance to the central themes of the conference. Proposals of at most 4 pages, including 1-page biographical sketch, should be submitted to the Workshops Chair, Ivan Stojmenovic ( ), by April 30, 2005.
